Senior Manager, Clinician Onboarding and Success (AI)

Location: Hybrid, New York City, United States. U.S. work authorization is required; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.

Salary: $120K–$165K annually, plus potential bonus.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end operating workflows for clinician onboarding, ramp-up, and early success.
• Maintain operating rhythms, service levels, ownership models, and escalation paths across stakeholders.
• Improve dashboards, leading indicators, decision tools, and metrics that predict program success.
• Use clinician supply and patient demand insights to inform hiring, marketing, capacity planning, and targeted interventions.
• Build playbooks, decision rules, and escalation paths for rapid performance interventions.
• Redesign manual processes into technology-enabled workflows using AI, automation, and practical tooling.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, implementation, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative skills with experience using metrics, dashboards, spreadsheets, and leading and lagging indicators.
• SQL experience is required.
• Ability to map, diagnose, and optimize end-to-end workflows and measure their outcomes.
• Practical experience with AI and no-code or low-code automation tools, plus the ability to write clear technical requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority and align teams around shared measures and ownership.
