Implementation Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York; on-site in the office five days per week

Salary: $140K–$180K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own customer implementations from kickoff through configuration, data migration, testing, go-live, and handoff.
• Align the platform with customer accounting workflows, chart of accounts, reporting structures, and operational requirements.
• Manage migration from ERPs, general ledgers, and spreadsheets while ensuring financial data accuracy.
• Lead testing and validation of financial workflows, reporting outputs, and system configuration.
• Identify risks and discrepancies across data, processes, and timelines, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Act as the primary customer contact and partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Support teams.

Requirements

• Background in accounting or finance.
• Experience with accounting, finance, or financial workflows in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, reporting, financial close, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience leading software implementations or complex system rollouts.
• Comfort working with financial data, system configuration, and data migration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
