Head of Delivery, Americas (FinTech)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with on-site attendance three days a week and travel to client sites as needed

Salary: $232,000–$348,000 USD per year for New York City, plus an annual discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own delivery of client programmes across the Americas from onboarding through live operations.
• Act as the primary escalation contact for clients and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Drive execution against timelines, budgets, quality standards, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop delivery managers and programme leads across the region.
• Collaborate with global delivery, product, sales, account, and business operations teams.
• Provide regional insights for global delivery strategies, platform improvements, proposals, and delivery plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programmes in SaaS or cloud environments, ideally in FinTech or investment management.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid programme or project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executives.
• Experience managing risk, dependencies, escalations, and underperforming projects.
• Strong execution, operational excellence, communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Based in New York City and able to work on-site three days per week; able to travel to client sites as needed.
