What you will do
- Serve as the quota-carrying commercial expert and technical spearhead for the hirify.global Data Exchange (ADX), owning the 'Technical Win' and dedicated revenue target.
- Architect data strategies to transition large-scale financial institutions from fragmented legacy silos to a unified, scalable infrastructure.
- Develop in-depth, technical knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications to serve as the go-to expert.
- Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to create promotional materials, deliver product presentations, and drive technical strategy for complex data migrations and Lakehouse adoption.
- Manage and forecast sales activity and opportunities using Salesforce.
- Work with design and engineering teams to oversee product development, enhancements, and launch activities, influencing product roadmaps with market intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in Fintech or Financial Services, with a background in individual quota-carrying roles across Enterprise Data or Infrastructure Sales.
- Expertise in navigating the financial data landscape, able to translate data workflows and integration requirements into Data Lakehouse architecture solutions.
- Proven ability to lead the "Technical Win" and hit revenue targets within complex, multi-stakeholder institutional sales cycles.
- Experienced in transitioning firms from fragmented legacy silos to modern, managed infrastructure.
- Skilled at using Sandbox and Testing environments as commercial levers to de-risk enterprise-scale migrations.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical "plumbing" into a compelling commercial ROI for C-suite stakeholders.
