Salary: $77,180 – $104,420 CAD / year

What you will do
- Build and nurture multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive net revenue growth, including renewal and expansion strategies.
- Lead the quote-to-order process, preparing pricing proposals and facilitating contract creation and execution.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor account health, identify opportunities, and proactively prevent churn.
- Collaborate with Vena’s partners and internal cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Actively engage in learning and development, and occasionally mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven and consistent success managing client retention and growth or equivalent sales/finance experience.
- Experience driving adoption and change management within tech organizations.
- Applicable experience in selling to a finance audience and finance process/accounting expertise.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to build relationships with senior management and C-suite finance stakeholders.
- High level of organization in workflows and time prioritization for a client portfolio.
