What you will do
- Exceed revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing within your assigned territory.
- Consistently build and maintain a healthy 12-month sales pipeline, making prospecting an integral part of your routine.
- Drive complex enterprise SaaS purchasing cycles, typically 6–12 months, involving multiple stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and Channel Partners to effectively deploy resources and advance sales.
- Participate actively in the RFP process, preparing presentations, reports, price quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills, staying informed about industry trends to represent hirify.global effectively.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of successful SaaS sales experience in eLearning, HR software, education technology, or complex solution software sales.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and proven experience selling to C-level decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge of the corporate e-learning/ed-tech industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Working knowledge of web and database technology.
- Must be able to travel freely between the US and Canada or other countries and hold a valid passport.
