Deal Desk Manager (SaaS): Architect and own the deal-execution process from scratch as a founding role, bridging Sales, RevOps, and Finance with an accent on Quote-to-Cash workflows, revenue integrity, and billing accuracy. Focus on designing approval matrices, optimizing billing systems, and ensuring CRM data cleanliness for scalable operations.

What you will do
- Define workflows, approval matrices, and rules for deal structuring and closing.
- Ensure contracts are commercially sound, properly documented, and ready for billing.
- Design and implement end-to-end Deal Desk framework including Quote-to-Cash.
- Lead billing setup for complex deals and optimize billing systems for scalability.
- Act as quality gate for deals, review pricing/contract amendments, and maintain system integrity.
- Educate Sales on best practices and collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and Sales to resolve issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Deal Desk or Sales Operations, building from manual to scalable processes
- Operational rigor with low tolerance for messy data and strong CRM/billing system experience
- Deep SaaS expertise in commercial terms, subscription billing, and software contracting
- Assertive partnering with Sales while solving problems technically and proactively
