• End-to-end UX design across hirify.global payments.
• Full responsibility for research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Lead product scope and shape technical implementation through design-first thinking.
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers as a co-equal product builder.
• Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards.
• Champion user clarity, accessibility, and precision.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of end-to-end product design ownership
• Deep experience in SaaS, platform, or API-heavy environments.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to lead product strategy through design.
• World-class taste and systems thinking.
• Ruthlessly reduce friction, polish flows, and solve for clarity over cleverness.
