What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design across the hirify.global platform and its product areas.
• Own research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI execution.
• Shape product scope and influence technical implementation through design-first thinking.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers as a co-equal product builder.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems and UI standards.
• Improve user clarity, accessibility, and simplicity across complex product surfaces.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of end-to-end product design ownership.
• Experience with SaaS, platform, or API-heavy products.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to build products.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to lead strategy through design.
• Experience scaling design-led products in fast-paced environments.
• Systems thinking, strong product ownership, and a focus on reducing friction and improving clarity.
