Senior Product Designer (Healthcare)

Location: New York City office, with in-office collaboration 4 days per week

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own product design for Validate and Workspace management, improving speed and accuracy for operations users.
• Grow into ownership of Patient Hub as it scales from general availability to daily use.
• Lead customer discovery through interviews, shadowing, and usability testing.
• Design scalable patterns for dense, multi-state operational workflows.
• Prototype, ship, test, and refine solutions in close partnership with product management and engineering.
• Extend the Lasso design system and communicate design rationale to teams, executives, customers, and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with strong craft in complex desktop web products.
• Direct ownership of research and confidence working with customers.
• Systems thinking across workflows, states, and reusable patterns, with strong product judgment.
• Experience shipping, iterating, making trade-offs, and working with design systems.
• Technical fluency for feasibility discussions and prototyping in code.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ownership mindset, and interest in improving healthcare operations.
