Full-Stack Product Designer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 annual base salary, plus competitive equity and benefits.

hirify.global is building an AI-native care-delivery platform for autonomous medical care, starting with psychiatry, combining production AI, clinical oversight, rich data, and end-to-end care operations.

What you will do

• Design patient onboarding, ongoing care experiences, and clinician and operator workflows.
• Translate complex care workflows into user journeys, information architecture, interaction flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Define interaction states, interface copy, accessibility patterns, and mobile-friendly experiences.
• Build a reusable design system and ship well-scoped, production-quality pull requests in partnership with Engineering.
• Extend the brand across the website, landing pages, lifecycle communications, and acquisition creative.
• Use research, analytics, usability testing, and growth experiments to improve activation, usability, task completion, and adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent evidence of exceptional shipped work.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped product work, personal contribution, design decisions, interaction detail, and outcomes.
• Strong product-design depth and visual craft across typography, layout, brand, and web.
• Experience taking ambiguous problems from discovery through polished UI and production collaboration with engineers.
• Comfort working in a codebase with Git and pull requests, testing changes, and incorporating engineering review.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI-native design and prototyping workflows using tools such as v0, Claude Design, Figma AI, Cursor, or comparable tools is required.

• Healthcare or other trust-sensitive consumer product experience.
• Experience with website, landing-page, acquisition creative, and performance experimentation.
