Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, and LATAM; candidates within the Americas are preferred to align with team working hours.

Salary: US $170,000–$280,000; Canada $140,000–$225,000; LATAM $110,000–$175,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own design across product areas from customer research and problem definition through implementation, launch, and iteration.
• Shape product direction with engineering, customer experience, and the CEO.
• Talk directly with users, observe workflows, test assumptions, and translate findings into product decisions.
• Explore design approaches and build realistic prototypes to evaluate usability, behavior, and feasibility.
• Create clear, polished interfaces for complex financial workflows.
• Use AI for research, ideation, prototyping, and design, while evaluating the quality of the results.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of exceptional product design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, visual craft, and shipped work.
• Ability to lead research, explore concepts, build realistic prototypes, deliver detailed designs, and support implementation.
• Curiosity about complex systems and the ability to make them easier to understand and use.
• Experience using AI as part of the design process and explaining how its results are evaluated.
• Clear communication, constructive feedback, ownership of decisions, and collaboration with teammates.
