Senior Product Designer (Health Technology)

Location: Remote - USA. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Salary: $140,000–$185,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design of new and evolving platforms supporting complex, data-driven decision-making.
• Translate concepts and ideas into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed UI specifications.
• Represent customer needs while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.
• Present design work and insights to cross-functional teams, guide decisions, and influence product direction.
• Lead, coach, and support designers through pairing, critiques, and design best practices.
• Collaborate with technology and design teams to improve design processes and product quality.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Portfolio demonstrating clean design work and a strong design process.
• Experience in UX, visual design, or information architecture within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on remote project teams.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching or supporting fellow designers through design pairing, critiques, and best-practice modeling.
• Experience working in dynamic, ambiguous environments requiring rapid transitions between collaborative and independent work.
