Director, Business Recruiting: Overseeing and scaling global business recruiting functions for hirify.global with an accent on strategic leadership, team development, and operational efficiency. Location: Primarily based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, United States. This role may be available remotely within the US, but in-person onboarding is required, and salary is localized based on work location.

Salary: $228,000–$308,000 USD

hirify.global is a growing product company building a platform to make design accessible to all, enabling teams to bring ideas to life and streamline workflows in real-time.

What you will do

  • Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiting managers, recruiters, and sourcers.
  • Act as a trusted partner to VP and C-suite leaders to understand business needs and align recruiting resources.
  • Partner with other recruiting leaders to develop a long-term global recruiting strategy.
  • Scale team structure for efficiency and growth.
  • Build and improve recruiting best practices across all organizations.
  • Take ownership of complex change initiatives to achieve business results.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive environment.
  • 6+ years of people management experience, with direct experience managing leaders.
  • Experience partnering with Sales/GTM, G&A, Legal, and other Business leaders to drive recruiting strategies.
  • Experience building a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth.
  • Deep passion and understanding for diversity, belonging, and inclusion.
  • US work authorization is required.
