What you will do
- Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiting managers, recruiters, and sourcers.
- Act as a trusted partner to VP and C-suite leaders to understand business needs and align recruiting resources.
- Partner with other recruiting leaders to develop a long-term global recruiting strategy.
- Scale team structure for efficiency and growth.
- Build and improve recruiting best practices across all organizations.
- Take ownership of complex change initiatives to achieve business results.
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive environment.
- 6+ years of people management experience, with direct experience managing leaders.
- Experience partnering with Sales/GTM, G&A, Legal, and other Business leaders to drive recruiting strategies.
- Experience building a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth.
- Deep passion and understanding for diversity, belonging, and inclusion.
- US work authorization is required.
