What you will do

• Design, coordinate, and maintain comprehensive programs that drive operational improvements aligning with strategic business goals.
• Support in managing and optimizing commercial team intranet site and implementing a CRM system for sales enablement.
• Manage end-to-end commercialization, including creative brief processes and project timelines in Asana.
• Coordinate new item samples with supply chain and communicate customer deadlines for successful launch execution.
• Design and lead SharePoint-enabled workflows and implement tools to streamline cross-functional resource sharing and tracking.
• Track program metrics, identify and mitigate delivery risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive change management, including developing communication plans and training materials for program rollouts.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as a Project or Program Manager, with proven results in designing and building programs from scratch.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana and Microsoft Suite including SharePoint and Excel (intermediate level).
• Proven results in planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
• Experience in managing and/or shaping the development of web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, think critically, make decisions, and solve non-routine problems.
• Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and firmly in various settings.

Nice to have

• Experience with building and leading trainings.
• Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
