Salary: $116,000–$140,000 USD annual base salary (for CA positions).

What you will do
- Administer CSR software to manage global employee matching donations and create high-conversion fundraisers and volunteer pages.
- Drive employee participation by crafting and implementing internal education and communication strategies.
- Partner with workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups to curate global volunteering opportunities.
- Manage hirify.global’s regional nonprofit and academic partnerships.
- Lead the planning and execution of in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report on key participation and impact metrics to influence global strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and employee engagement within a fast-scaling global company.
- Direct experience managing CSR platforms (ideally Deed or similar tools like Benevity).
- Strong command of donation matching workflows and vetting processes.
- Experience managing collaborative programs with an exceptional ability to identify, capture, and synthesize data.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as HR, Communications, and Workplace.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex logistics, from international donation compliance to large-scale event coordination.
