What you will do

  • Partner with Product and Marketing to transform technical specifications into digestible content (workshops, knowledge checks, and certifications).
  • Lead new product and feature launches, ensuring field teams are ready and excited before the launch date.
  • Build internal programs that connect technology to real-world business problems.
  • Curate engaging training experiences using various mediums like videos, role-plays, and infographics.
  • Measure the impact of enablement programs using data from Salesforce and enablement platforms.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Technical Training.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably within the Cybersecurity domain.
  • Unique ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable value for non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency with LMS/CMS platforms (e.g., Mindtickle, Highspot, WorkRamp) and CRM data (Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; immigration visas are not sponsored.
