Program Manager (Logistics)

TL;DR

Program Manager (Logistics): Performing key functional and technical duties for sales and onboarding of the Parcel Transportation Management System (PTMS) product with an accent on solution design, customer relationship management, and project execution. Focus on coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, leading project execution, and supporting technical teams to deliver integrated TMS/PTMS solutions.

What you will do

• Design solutions for specific parcel customers and create detailed design processes during implementation or change requests.
• Maintain transparent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines, and report on progress.
• Manage project resources, collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and mitigate delays.
• Gather and document technical requirements from external clients and coordinate with technical teams on level of effort, timelines, and dependencies.
• Understand the customer’s long-term vision to provide continuous improvement opportunities using hirify.global’s capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in PTMS and/or Parcel TMS solution design.
• Experience acting as a Project Manager.
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in word editing tools such as MS Word and PowerPoint.

• Proactively initiates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external team members.
• Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
• Technical knowledge and the ability to speak in technical terms to developers, business analysts, and customers.
• JIRA experience.
