What you will do

• Own and maintain the GTM tracker, documenting initiatives and deliverables.
• Act as project manager for critical cross-functional initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
• Partner across functions to ensure cohesive execution of GTM strategy.
• Manage documentation, communication, and governance of standard operating procedures.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve execution quality.
• Coordinate project-based workstreams and facilitate stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in GTM Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong expertise in project management, program coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Experience working in high-growth or scaling environments.
• Experience managing teams or leading project-based workstreams.
• English: B2 required
