What you will do
- Build and implement the APAC Partner Sales strategy by working closely with the global team.
- Recruit, enable, and maintain resale partner relationships as the primary owner.
- Work together with the direct sales team to achieve regional goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to maximize partner revenue growth.
- Create goals and strategic sales & marketing plans with each partner and conduct business reviews.
- Support partners on co-marketing activities such as product collateral, webinars, and events.
Requirements
- You have 7+ years of experience in direct and/or partner sales, preferably within a SaaS/IT organization.
- Solid understanding of the SaaS/IT partner ecosystem in APAC.
- Experience and understanding in a "PLG" SaaS business model would be a bonus.
- You are comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of iteration of an early-stage startup.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across all GTM teams.
- You view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures.

- You've been an early hire at a fast-growing startup before.
