Salary: $121,296–$210,000 a year.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead for Enterprise accounts throughout the sales process.
• Partner with Account Executives to demonstrate hirify.global's solutions and best practices.
• Engage deeply with technical stakeholders to drive alignment and buy-in.
• Provide demonstrations, address technical questions, and architect implementation solutions.
• Take a hands-on role in POCs to identify and rectify performance shortfalls.
• Work with engineering and product teams to translate prospect feedback into product insights.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of customer-facing experience selling to enterprises.
• Strong customer empathy and communication skills.
• Background combining business experience, sales skills, and technical acumen.
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies, web services, APIs, HTTP, and REST.
• Knowledge of mobile and web application architecture for API platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
