What you will do
- Participate in new client project meetings to understand implementation and identify upsell opportunities.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to maximize bookings and revenue within assigned accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client payment operations.
- Conduct training sessions before and after client launch to ensure long-term success.
- Monitor client satisfaction and performance, providing regular reports internally and externally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in account management, sales, or client success with a strong emphasis on revenue generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with negotiation skills.
- Technical aptitude to understand APIs, platform architecture, and integration processes.
- Ability to travel 25% as required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the payments industry or SaaS platforms.
