TL;DR

Launch Account Manager (Fintech): Overseeing project completion for newly acquired customers and maximizing revenue through proactive client relationship management and upsell identification. Focus on consultative sales, technical understanding of the platform, and ensuring long-term client success and revenue attainment.

Location: 100% Remote (Must be in US)

Salary: $98,000 - $110,000 (Base) + $40,000 (Variable)

What you will do

  • Participate in new client project meetings to understand implementation and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to maximize bookings and revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client payment operations.
  • Conduct training sessions before and after client launch to ensure long-term success.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and performance, providing regular reports internally and externally.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in account management, sales, or client success with a strong emphasis on revenue generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with negotiation skills.
  • Technical aptitude to understand APIs, platform architecture, and integration processes.
  • Ability to travel 25% as required.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in the payments industry or SaaS platforms.
