Location: London, England, United Kingdom. This role involves travel up to 50% of the time to support UKI customers.

What you will do

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to support UKI customers.
• Help prospects understand hirify.global's capabilities and competitive advantages against legacy technologies.
• Conduct infrastructural/architectural discovery, validate project requirements, and mitigate technical and business risks.
• Create product demonstrations and assist with technical evaluations of the platform.
• Communicate prospect and customer needs and product feedback to product management, marketing, and sales.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Sales/Solution Engineer/Architect or Solution Consultant for a cloud-based PaaS or SaaS company.
• Alternatively, 5-10 years of experience as a developer working on digital experience delivery using MarTech platforms (CMS, Commerce, Personalisation).
• Strong presentation skills to convey business and technical knowledge clearly.
• Proven experience with current web technologies (JavaScript frameworks, static site generators, REST APIs, CDNs, CI/CD).
• High degree of emotional intelligence for navigating multiple customer stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with a Content Management Platform or similar technology (MarTech).
• Prior experience with solution selling methodologies and/or value based selling techniques.
• Understanding the core concepts of MACH products and Composable architectures.
