What you will do
- Prepare and deliver engaging, tailored technical demonstrations that showcase the platform’s capabilities and highlight the real-world impact on customers’ people and culture.
- Lead meaningful discovery conversations to deeply understand customers’ unique challenges, goals, and aspirations, enabling solution recommendations.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, relatable stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer feedback shapes continuous innovation.
- Spot potential technical challenges or blockers early in the sales journey, working with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
- Stay curious and engaged with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to bring fresh insights to customers.
Requirements
- Preferred experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting, or relevant experience in sales or as an industry/vertical practitioner, ideally within SaaS or B2B technology environments.
- Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, including needs discovery, qualification, and objection handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- A proactive learner with a growth mindset and resilience in dynamic sales environments.
- Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity and buyer engagement.
