What you will do

• Communicate U.S. Public Sector strategy to account executives.
• Establish short-term plans and long-term strategies to meet quarterly and yearly goals.
• Provide management oversight to federal territory account executives.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team.
• Implement U.S. Public Sector processes (forecast calls, pipeline generation, marketing).
• Mentor and coach federal Account Executives, serving as a strategic advisor.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a people manager in the federal space.
• Experience as a manager in a government sales environment.
• Proven consistent achievement of goals through team leadership and motivation.
• Ability to leverage KPIs for strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional command of enterprise sales methodology and coaching ability.
• Experience with relevant channel partners in North America.
• **English: B2 required**.
