What you will do

  • Directly sell enterprise security software solutions to existing accounts, driving incremental revenue.
  • Own the growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell motions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for assigned accounts, mapping solutions to customer requirements.
  • Manage renewal forecasts, negotiations, and closes, identifying and resolving risks.
  • Ensure timely documentation of customer contact and activity data in CRM software.
  • Promote hirify.global's products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional sales experience.
  • Expert-level experience in selling security software solutions.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes.
  • Strong presentation, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies and the sales lifecycle of security software.
  • Work is primarily performed in the field within the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
