What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of senior sales professionals, overseeing day-to-day personnel management.
- Drive pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment.
- Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue.
- Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts.
- Collaborate with internal functions and the partner ecosystem to drive engagement.
- Capture and disseminate accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- 10+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
- Ability to build executive relationships and articulate product/business strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work remotely and be able and willing to travel on short notice.
