What you will do
- Provide management oversight to a team of Regional Sr. Sales Directors to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions on a quarterly and annual basis with the sales management team.
- Plan and direct activities including forecasts, marketing program development, and relationship development.
- Establish short-term and long-term sales goals and quotas in line with objectives.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure sales goals are met.
- Keep senior leadership informed of key issues and changes impacting business results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading/managing senior sales teams with a complex product and solution sales approach.
- Proven track record working with multimillion-dollar targets and expert knowledge of the full sales cycle.
- Experience working at the C-Level.
- Second-line management experience essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.

- Background in selling Security or SaaS products.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM.
