What you will do
- Own the entire sales funnel, from hunting and prospecting to qualifying and closing deals.
- Drive the launch of the new AI product across EMEA, specifically focusing on the German market.
- Co-create the sales playbook by working directly with Product and Leadership to refine the value proposition.
- Evangelize the new AI product, educating the market on its vision for the future of work.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally within a founding or early-stage environment (Series A or earlier).
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to craft creative cold-outreach strategies.
- Native in German and full fluency in English is required.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to an evolving product in real-time.
- Familiarity with key CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce, and new AI tools for sales.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.
