Location: Position is based in Berlin. Requires openness to travel 3-4 days per week when working onsite at client companies.

What you will do

• Work hands-on on various projects across different companies within the hirify.global Ecosystem.
• Execute operational sales by generating new business opportunities and improving sales approaches.
• Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including lead source research, client segmentation, and CRM optimization.
• Conduct market research, conceptualize market entrance strategies, and implement new commercial processes.
• Develop a T-shaped skill set in project management and stakeholder management across various functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in business (or related degree).
• Professional experience in start-ups, consulting, sales, or other commercial roles.
• High interest in sales & GTM and daily customer interaction.
• German: C2 or Native proficiency required.
• English: Negotiation level required.
• Passion for numbers, data, structure, and analytics.
• Fast learner with a start-up mindset.
