TL;DR

Consultant - Sales & GTM (AI): Leading high-impact commercial projects and shaping growth strategies for Europe's fastest-growing companies with an accent on developing tailored sales, growth, and Go-To-Market strategies. Focus on implementing improvements across sales organizations, driving CRM evaluations, and building best practices for AI-enabled growth.

Location: Must be based in our Berlin office with an openness to travel 3-4 days per week to client sites across Europe.

What you will do

  • Develop tailored sales, growth, and Go-To-Market strategies across diverse industries and company stages.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing sales organizations and test new GTM motions.
  • Drive implementation of improvements across areas like customer segmentation, channel strategy, and sales excellence.
  • Lead CRM evaluations and implementations, ensuring systems are tailored to client needs.
  • Build and run workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions for clients and their commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and work with cutting-edge tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to shape modern sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Operations, or GTM, ideally within a start-up or consulting context.
  • Proven experience in scaling or optimizing sales organizations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Confident communicator with a talent for C-level stakeholder management.
  • Deep interest and hands-on experience with commercial tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Openness to travel 3-4 days per week when working onsite at one of our clients.
  • Native-level German and fluent English (C1+) required.
