What you will do
- Define and grow a sales team in a well-funded SaaS startup, representing the voice of the customer.
- Carry a designated quota for Net New Business revenue.
- Establish Champions and Advocates via phone and web-conference.
- Identify, nurture, and close leads to generate new opportunities.
- Execute defined sales methodology (MEDDPIC) and provide intellectually honest forecasting.
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene, specifically with SFDC.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales closing role, ideally in cloud solution selling.
- Ability to communicate hirify.global' unique vision and inspire executive sales prospects and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A competitive mindset, playing tough and fair to win.
- Understanding of team-based competition and collaboration.
- Track record of building, trying, and learning new things.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with databases, infrastructure software, or SaaS offerings.
- Experience working closely with marketing and business development partners in a SaaS startup.
- Prior experience in database technology, NoSQL tech, or software development.
