What you will do

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for your territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners, delivering expected value.
  • Work independently and with the team, engaging in up-selling and cross-selling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS software technology to enterprise clients.
  • A consultative and value-based approach to selling open source software for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
  • Domain expertise in the retail, finance (BFSI), or telco sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
  • Exceptional communication skills to present complex solutions simply.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and objectives.
  • Experience in working with channels and partners.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of other NoSQL databases, graph, or search data platforms.
