What you will do
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for your territory.
- Identify, qualify, and develop the sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams.
- Close business to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
- Build strong and effective relationships with your customers, delivering expected value.
- Work independently and with the team to up-sell and cross-sell.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with enterprise-level sales experience.
- Native level proficiency in Korean.
- Consultative and value-based approach to selling open-source software for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude for a fast-moving environment.
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present complex solutions simply.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and objectives.
