TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Drive net-new logo acquisition and pipeline growth for enterprise accounts with an accent on solution-based selling and evangelizing hirify.global's vision. Focus on cultivating customer relationships, accurately forecasting business, and aligning Cloud solutions to customer needs, especially within GenAI/AI native companies.

Location: Remote (US). This role is for candidates based in the United States, with premium market compensation applicable for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City Metro Area.

Salary: $290,000–$350,000 USD (US Premium Markets)

What you will do

  • Identify and nurture opportunities, build pipeline, and close short-term Cloud monthly contracts as well as annual committed spend arrangements.
  • Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and products.
  • Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers.
  • Track customer details including use cases, decision criteria, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Accurately forecast business on a monthly cadence.
  • Contribute to the user and developer community in the region by engaging in affinity meetups and driving hirify.global specific meetups.

Requirements

  • Proactively and efficiently manage resources with dedicated teams, virtual teams, and executive staff around sales opportunities to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Align hirify.global’s Cloud solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Recent experience working with GenAI or AI Native companies.
  • Minimum 4-6+ years of experience, preferably with Open Source software business models, and proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure software.
  • Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and working cross-functionally within a diverse team.
  • Strong business acumen and technology focus with outstanding communication (written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Sales experience with cloud SaaS, data analytics, and/or observability solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record for delivering results in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience effectively working remotely in a global, distributed organization.
