Location: Remote. Candidates must be based in London, Germany, or Spain.

What you will do

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Acquire new customers and expand within European enterprises.
  • Build and scale the Go-To-Market (GTM) engine for the region.
  • Source pipeline and manage complex sales processes from lead to close.
  • Identify, build, and test business champions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market.
  • Demonstrated ability to source pipeline and grow accounts.
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Driven and competitive mindset.
  • Must be based in London, Germany, or Spain.

  • Self-aware, intrinsically motivated individuals with a growth mindset.
  • Passion for growing your career in the AI-Native market.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, Command of the Message).
  • Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open-source technology.
