What you will do
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Acquire new customers and expand within European enterprises.
- Build and scale the Go-To-Market (GTM) engine for the region.
- Source pipeline and manage complex sales processes from lead to close.
- Identify, build, and test business champions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market.
- Demonstrated ability to source pipeline and grow accounts.
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Driven and competitive mindset.
- Must be based in London, Germany, or Spain.
