What you will do

  • Manage and expand hirify.global’s strategic enterprise book of business.
  • Create and execute outbound sales processes for the enterprise call center segment.
  • Manage inbound enterprise opportunities and build new strategic relationships.
  • Operate as "the quarterback" for strategic accounts, ensuring team alignment across sales, customer success, and customer engineering.
  • Formulate and execute expansion strategies for hirify.global’s strategic accounts.
  • Align closely with Customer Success to ensure account health and successful renewals with an emphasis on expansion.
  • Be willing to take meetings and calls during off hours as required by international customer and prospect accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales closing experience.
  • Met/exceeded direct sales goals of $1M+ with an average deal size of $100k+.
  • Ability to prospect and generate your own pipeline without reliance on inbound leads.
  • Experience working for an innovative SaaS company.
  • Excellent external and internal communication skills, including proper formatting, grammatical, and spelling skills.
  • Background and depth of experience in selling to BPOs (business process outsourcing) and call centers.
  • Demonstrated project management skills via sizeable strategic enterprise deals.
  • Strategic sales skills, including the ability to think through enterprise accounts deeply.
  • Understanding of communication differences across large enterprise hierarchies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Cross-culture understanding and communication skills with international experience.
  • Ability to forecast accurately and effectively.
  • Strong technical skills with an ability to communicate technical information clearly.
