What you will do
- Grow and accelerate the sales funnel across the UK and Nordic regions.
- Drive strategic account planning and ensure flawless tactical execution.
- Manage accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting for the region.
- Nurture high-value executive client relationships to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Oversee regional marketing and sales programs.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of world-class enterprise account executives.
Requirements
- At least three years of proven sales team management and five years of direct sales experience within a MEDDICC environment.
- Strong knowledge of the strategic enterprise customer landscape in the UK and the Nordics.
- Deep understanding of subscription sales models and strategic software licensing.
- Understanding of SaaS sales and cloud technologies.
- Ability to measure and analyze KPIs using existing analytical tools, driving a team to overachieve.
- A university degree.

- Database sales experience.
- SFDC (Salesforce) experience.
