What you will do

• Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth in your territory.
• Identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams.
• Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
• Build strong relationships with customers at Executive, IT leadership, and Developer levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quota-carrying software sales experience to enterprise customers in a fast-paced market.
• Ability to build and execute an Account Plan to close new logo opportunities in your territory.
• A proven track record of meeting and overachieving your sales targets.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present business value.
• Entrepreneurial and competitive mindset.
• A consultative and value-based approach to selling open source software for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
