Location: Remote-first company, but only considering candidates based in Austin, Texas for this role. Will be hybrid, in-office approximately 1-2 days per week. Must be located or open to self-relocate to Austin, Texas.
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 OTE ($55,000 - $63,000 base + variable)

What you will do
- Convert inbound leads and qualify in-market opportunities for the sales team.
- Prospect into assigned target accounts and self-source new opportunities.
- Perform cold calls regularly and run multichannel outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Research accounts, identify key buyers, and tailor messaging to create urgency.
- Develop clear account point-of-views and earn meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Account Executives to align on account strategy and next steps.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and related tools.
Requirements
- You are a self-motivated self-starter with a history of hitting ambitious targets.
- You possess grit and resilience, maintaining consistency through rejection and learning quickly.
- You are comfortable cold calling and using the phone as a primary communication channel.
- You can confidently engage senior stakeholders and build trust quickly.
- You thrive in a startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced execution.
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively improving processes and applying feedback.
- You have strong time management skills to balance multiple priorities and challenging targets.
- You have 1+ years of experience in sales/business development, or a related analytical field like finance or consulting.
Nice to have
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role including cold calling (sales, SDR/BDR, recruiting, fundraising).
- Experience engaging technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, Apollo, and Google Workspace.
