What you will do
- Lead and scale a Mid-Market sales organization across EMEA, managing both Sales Managers and Account Executives.
- Drive new business acquisition and expansion across organizations with $100m–$1bn revenue.
- Define and execute regional Mid-Market strategy aligned to broader EMEA & APAC objectives.
- Own regional forecasting, pipeline health, and quota attainment across multiple teams.
- Develop leadership capabilities within first-line managers through coaching and mentorship.
- Serve as senior point of escalation internally and in strategic customer engagements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, with significant experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise segments.
- Minimum 5+ years in sales leadership, including managing managers (second-line leadership preferred).
- Strong experience selling into organizations with $100m–$1bn revenue across EMEA.
- Proven success in closing and scaling multi-six-figure new business and expansion ACV.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales managers and Account Executives.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance optimization.
- Highly effective communicator with strong executive presence, C1 English proficiency expected.
