What you will do

• Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations and building consensus.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to support programme success.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Track progress, adjust plans as needed, and mitigate risks throughout the migration journey.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for system and process migration, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support change management initiatives, including training, communications, and monitoring adoption of new processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Management, or Technology.
• Professional certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in project coordination or PMO, with 1-3 years in project management.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Smartsheet.
• Understanding of PMO frameworks, governance, and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
