What you will do

• Own the global Paid Search channel P&L across Sportsbook and Casino in all regulated hirify.global Bet markets.
• Define and execute Paid Search strategy across Google Search, UAC, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Deliver profitable customer acquisition, optimizing against CPA, FTDs, LTV, GGR, ROAS, and payback.
• Run all hands-on execution including account structure, keywords, bidding, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Build market-specific strategies aligned to local regulation, brand positioning, and competitive dynamics.
• Lead continuous testing and experimentation across intent, messaging, offers, landing pages, and bid strategies.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise managing Google Ads in high-scale, performance-driven environments.
• Strong experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or similarly regulated performance industries.
• Proven ability to drive FTDs, deposits, and profitable player growth through Paid Search.
• Experience managing multi-market, multi-language accounts within strict regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical capability using GA4, BigQuery, Looker, or similar analytics platforms.
