What you will do

• Manage and deliver automated paid search campaigns for 20+ markets and expand into new regions.
• Support local teams across 35+ markets with campaign setup, troubleshooting, optimization, and reporting.
• Mentor and guide the Senior Paid Search Executive to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
• Monitor performance data to identify efficiency opportunities and implement strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with MarTech and Insights teams on automation, measurement, and attribution projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate the latest AI applications into search campaigns.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and SA360.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar paid media budgets with strong ROI growth.
• Experience in e-commerce or industries with large-scale inventories.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Expertise in experimentation techniques and critical thinking for channel advancement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
