What you will do

• Drive complex projects from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full implementation for enterprise clients.
• Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development and enhance product strategies.
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and best practices to empower customers and partners.
• Develop precise technical documentation and ensure resolution of complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
• Mastery in Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges with scalable and innovative solutions.
• Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• English: Fluent required (German is a plus).
