What you will do

• Assist account executives in deal qualification by mapping customer needs to product capabilities.
• Lead the technical response to customer RFIs, RFPs, and due diligence assessments covering cloud, architecture, and infosec.
• Conduct discovery meetings to document business requirements for solution design and commercial quoting.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design solutions and manage Proof of Value (POC) engagements.
• Deliver bespoke product demonstrations that highlight ROI and key differentiators to address customer pain points.
• Analyze competitor solutions to maintain a competitive edge and secure technical wins.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical presales experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of experience selling to large Enterprises, preferably in regulated financial services.
• Deep technical knowledge of AWS cloud environments and the underlying technology stacks.
• Proven ability to present effectively and command the room when speaking with C-level executives.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in London.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, specifically Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Demo 2 Win certification.
• Prior consulting experience and foundational project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience.
