What you will do

• Serve as trusted advisor to customers from managers to IT security teams, navigating complex technical decisions
• Build and debug custom applications and integration layers with functional, high-quality code
• Design technical solutions using APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern auth protocols
• Deploy and maintain secure cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate customer insights into the core platform

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with right to work without sponsorship
• Strong customer-facing skills across IT/Security, non-technical users, and C-Suite
• Work with Sales and Customer Success on demos, workshops, and technical communication
• Technical architecture skills in APIs, event-driven systems, auth/authorization, data-heavy systems
• Cloud expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP) with IaC tooling and serverless technologies
• Strong coding for bespoke integrations and custom applications
• Self-starter handling ambiguous requirements from design to delivery

• Experience with Insurance
• Experience with Terraform, Python, functional programming
• Worked in highly visible customer-facing role
