Focus on optimizing revenue within an assigned territory, managing the full sales cycle, and integrating AI knowledge to enhance sales processes.

What you will do

  • Lead efforts to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with enterprise organizations.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clientele and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to deliver value.
  • Craft and implement territory, account, and opportunity plans to optimize revenue.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for high-impact, mission-critical projects.
  • Understand client requirements and present comprehensive hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B technology Enterprise sales experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Consistent track record of overachieving quota and revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in revenue management principles.
  • Knowledge and experience in general AI and machine learning is valuable.
  • Strong "hunter mentality" for new business development (90% new business focus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including articulating complex technology concepts.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

  • Experience selling Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions with understanding of CPQ, CLM, doc-gen and e-signature products.
  • Education/experience in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, or Operations Research.
