What you will do
- Lead and own the market entry and go-to-market strategy for the UK.
- Drive Business Development and Enterprise Sales across public and/or private sectors (B2B/B2G).
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Identify, acquire, and grow lighthouse and reference customers in regulated industries.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage partners (resellers, system integrators, consultancies).
Requirements
- Several years of senior-level experience in B2B SaaS Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Key Account Management, ideally with responsibility for launching new markets.
- Proven experience in building markets or new business areas, including exploratory market development and subsequent scaling.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and digital transformation processes.
- English: C2 required.

- German language skills or other languages are a plus.
