What you will do
- Identify and qualify prospective customers who are a good fit for hirify.global’s products and services.
- Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing-generated leads.
- Implement outbound prospecting strategies to engage prospective buyers.
- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategic sales approaches and prospecting plans.
- Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com and Salesloft.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
- Proven Leadership abilities.
- Organizational project management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and results-oriented.
- Fluent in Polish.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
