TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Sales): Driving new enterprise sales and expanding hirify.global's presence in the BeLux market with an accent on identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within large accounts. Focus on articulating compelling value propositions and building long-term strategic relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.

Location: Remote from The Netherlands, with required travel within Belgium and Luxembourg (approximately <25%).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans for the BeLux region.
  • Drive new enterprise sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities within large and strategic accounts.
  • Articulate compelling value propositions tailored to the Belgian and Luxembourg markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and strategic relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required; French is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 6 years of direct B2B enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record selling into Belgium and/or Luxembourg.
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and how the Internet works.
  • Ability to confidently engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating multi-lingual, multi-cultural business environments.
